- 250gr pasta
- 500g ripe tomatoes
- 3/4 cup black olives
for the dressing:
- 5 pieces of tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons red vinegar
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon capers
for the spreading:
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
