FAST and EASY MEATBALLS

FAST and EASY MEATBALLS

Ingredients:
- 400 g ground pork
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 sprig of fresh parsley
- Oil (for frying)
- 3 Eggs
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Pepper and Salt to taste
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 dl water


- Directions:
1. Chop the parsley.
2. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.
3. Chop the garlic.
4. Prepare the mixture for meatballs in the following way:
Mix the flour and baking powder. Add egg yolks and half of the amount of prepared water. Then add pepper and salt to taste. Add garlic, 3 tablespoons oil, and parsley. Mix well.
Add minced meat. Finally, whisk egg whites well, into a solid mixture. Stir that in the other ingredients.
5. Put in the fridge for 2 hours.
6. Frying:
Take a small amount of the mixture by using a teaspoon and put them in the hot oil.
7. Serve with your favorite sauce.

GRILLED ZUCCHINI

GRILLED ZUCCHINI


Ingredients:
- 400 g zucchini,
- 3 tablespoons oil
- Salt to taste

Directions:
 Wash the zucchini, peel and cut into slices. Add salt. Let it stand for a while.
Drain, place on absorbent paper. Bake on the grill or in a grill pan.
Pour a little olive oil over finished zucchini.


RICE and VEGETABLES

RICE and VEGETABLES


Ingredients:
- 400 g of rice,
- 2 large zucchini,
- 2 large carrots,
- 1 onion,
- 2 tbsp oil,
- 200 g bacon,
- Vegetable soup,
- Salt, pepper, parsley (to taste)

Directions:
Heat the oil, add vegetables and cook,stirring, until the vegetables are softened. Then, add the rice.
Cook until the rice is tender but with a little bite.

Chop the bacon and fry briefly in a pan without adding oil when browned and stir in the rice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cook until rice is softened.
