- 50 g tomatoes (1 medium)
- 200 g chicken white meat
- pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon grated cheese

1. Fry the chicken in the pan, don't add any fat.
2. Chop the bread into pieces and bake them.
3. Chop the vegetables.
4. Mix all ingredients together. Gently, slowly... great!
5. Drizzle with olive oil. Mix.
6. On top, sprinkle with cheese.

Taking care of the fat intake in your diet, you are probably thinking about the bread you eat.
It's supposed to mean that you often have no idea what you buy at the bakery. When you count calories and strictly taking care of the daily intake that terrifies you, right? Fortunately, there are healthy bread recipes! Stop worrying and make bread to your taste.

- 3 cups whole-wheat flour
- 1 1/2 cups water (heated on the 40° C)
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dry yeast

1. The flour has to be warm room temperature. In the flour, add the yeast and salt. Slowly add the flour in lukewarm water, and stir slowly.
2. You will get wet and sticky mixture. Cover and let it stand at room temperature for 12 to 18 hours.
3. Sprinkle a little flour (or seeds optional) in a dishrag. Place the dough in dishrag and let it stand at room temperature for an hour. Warm up the oven to 220 to 230 degrees together with a bowl with a lid (in which you bake bread). When it well-warmed, remove the lid and put the dough. 
4. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
5. Remove the lid and bake another 10 to 15 minutes to get brown.
